Pasta tossed with red pesto, olive oil, fresh green peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes... served with asparagus wrapped in bacon and roasted in a cast-iron skillet. Sprinkle some parmesan and romano on top and it is absolutely delicious!
This is a blog for all of my culinary adventures! I learned most of what I do from my Italian grandmother, with whom I am very close.
